⚡️ Getting started

1. Download & install Divvy Schedule extension from the Chrome web store.

1. Click Divvy Schedule extension on the top right corner and create an account using your email and password

1. Connect your LinkedIn account
   1. Click Schedule List and click Add new schedule
   2. Find Sign in to LinkedIn and click Connect
   3. Login to your LinkedIn account and click Sign in

1. Connect your Notion database
   1. Click Divvy Schedule extension on the top right corner
   2. By now, your LinkedIn account should be linked and the button next to it indicates Connected
   3. Find Sign in to Notion and click Connect
   4. Divvy Schedule will ask for access to your workspace in the next screen. Make sure to select your desire workspace, Notion doesn’t automatically do it. Then click Select pages.
   5. Search and check to allow Divvy to access your LinkedIn database, then click Allow access.

1. Turn on Schedule
   1. Go back to Divvy Schedule extension on the top right corner
   2. Choose the database you wished to linked
   3. Click Turn on Schedule

1. Divvy Schedule will automatically add 3 properties to your database if they don’t exist:

   1. Date
   2. Status
   3. Share As

   <aside> 🚨 Do NOT change the property name or Divvy Schedule won’t work

   1. Date — the date and time you wished Divvy Schedule to post

      <aside> ⚠️ If you have an existing Date & Time property but named differently, rename it to Date and delete the new one created by Divvy Schedule

      </aside>

      

   2. Status — different stages of the post. You can add more stages to set up an approval pipeline or workflow.

      <aside> ⚠️ Do NOT change the status name or Divvy Schedule won’t work

      1. Scheduled — ready to publish
      2. Published — successfully published
      3. Error — unsuccessfully published (contact us if this happens)

      

   3. Share As — all the business accounts which is linked to your email will be here. Choose one account you wish to post.
